It emerged today that another Labour politician would like to eliminate Israel from the map of the Middle East. Following on from leader Jeremy Corbyn’s disgraceful sympathising with the terrorist group Hamas, Naz Shah, Labour MP for Bradford West posted a Facebook image depicting Israel superimposed on the map of the USA.
The graphic said relocating Israel would be a “solution to the Israel-Palestine conflict”, and that it would allow Palestinians to “get their life and their land back”.
This kind of antisemitism likes to couch itself in ‘criticism’ of Israel – but the truth is, it stems from the Left’s strange entanglement with Islam – Islam which hates Jews in black and white throughout the ‘holy’ Islamic texts:
Koran [5.51] O you who believe! do not take the Jews and the Christians for friends; they are friends of each other; and whoever amongst you takes them for a friend, then surely he is one of them; surely Allah does not guide the unjust people.
Koran [5.64] And the Jews say: The hand of Allah is tied up! Their hands shall be shackled and they shall be cursed for what they say. Nay, both His hands are spread out, He expends as He pleases; and what has been revealed to you from your Lord will certainly make many of them increase in inordinacy and unbelief; and We have put enmity and hatred among them till the day of resurrection; whenever they kindle a fire for war Allah puts it out, and they strive to make mischief in the land; and Allah does not love the mischief-makers.
Koran [5.73] Certainly they disbelieve who say: Surely Allah is the third (person) of the three; and there is no god but the one God, and if they desist not from what they say, a painful chastisement shall befall those among them who disbelieve.
Koran [62.6] Say: O you who are Jews, if you think that you are the favorites of Allah to the exclusion of other people, then invoke death If you are truthful.
Appeasers and Muslims would have it that Koranic verses such as the above have been ‘maliciously misrepresented’ – but sadly if this were the case, MILLIONS of Muslims are also ‘misrepresenting’ these verses when they chant ‘Death to the Jews’ and in fact kill Jews in Israel and outside of it with alacrity. Iran has of course vowed to obliterate Israel from the face of the earth – need I go on?
In fact Muhammad himself encouraged Jew murder – surely no-one can ‘misinterpret’ the historical fact of Muhammad’s battles and massacres of the Jewish tribe of Quraiza at the Battle of the Trench. The men of the tribe were all beheaded and the women and children taken as slaves. Sound familiar?
“And He brought those of the People of the Scripture who supported them down from their strongholds, and cast panic into their hearts. Some ye slew and ye made captive some. And He caused you to inherit their land and their houses and their wealth, and land ye have not trodden. Allah is Able to do all things” Qur’an33:26-27

Each man of the cavalry received two shares, one for himself and one for his horse. On that day, the Muslim force included thirty-six cavalrymen. So are we REALLY surprised when the Left, which has taken Islam to its heart is totally antisemitic today?
Bernie Sanders in the US similarly hates ‘Israel’ – and has hired a prominent pro-Palestinian in his Democrat leadership campaign. Sadly Jews can also be antisemites, evidently.
Hatred of Jews with the Left goes right back to Marx himself. Marx, inspired by Moses Hess, documented the supposed obnoxious characteristics of Jews, with great flair in “A World Without Jews.” and in his review of Bauer’s On the Jewish Question, (Deutsch-Französische Jahrbücher; Marx, February, 1844 ) Marx wrote:
“The bill of exchange is the real god of the Jew. His god is only an illusory bill of exchange.
The Jew is perpetually created by civil society from its own entrails.”
Hitler’s Nazis were of course National Socialists too – inspired by Marx – and his hatred of the Jews was not only influenced by Marxism but also by Islam. Muslims volunteered to fight alongside the Nazis in WWII and the Grand Mufti of Jerusalem met Hitler – he wanted Germany to extend its anti-Jewish programme to the Middle East. Hitler said this of Islam:
“a religion that believed in spreading the faith by the sword and in subjugating all nations to that faith. Such a creed was perfectly suited to the German temperament.”[3]
Hitler was inspired by the Muslim genocide of the Armenian Christians to commit the evil of the Holocaust:
“Who, after all, speaks today of the annihilation of the Armenians?” – Hitler.
So when the Left behaves in appallingly antisemitic ways – look to their love of Islam.
