3930 cdd The Struggle – Part Seven
Scripture: Romans 15:30
“Dear brothers and sisters, I urge you in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ to join in my struggle by praying to God for me” NLT
Wasim’ s struggle continues:
God gave me new life. But, I was not able to travel. I decided to live in a town so that I can hide myself from this evil world. I was a target for Muslims to stamp out.
I bought a small van and decided to start a business in my homeland. I started work as a route salesman for a food factory. After a few months of heavy competition the Lord shined on me. I won the market place. Every day I started praying with praise to the Father and thanked Him for His guidance and assistance. He did not let me down. He really blessed me and gave me a good name that was reliable. When other workers watched my success they befriended me. When they learned I was no longer a Muslim they beat me. When I was released from the hospital I stayed with that company for one year. Their abuse became intolerable so I left.
A few days later I was praising the Father that I was still alive and could work. He gave me a contact at another food factory. Because of my experience I was immediately hired as a sales supervisor. Life was good for a year and then the workers were told that I was a Christian. The abuse started all over. My closest friends deserted me. It was time to move on again.
The Lord provided yet another food factory. They were very pleased with my work and I became a distributor of their products. For the next two years things were good and I married my wife, Mariam. Mariam had a job as a nurse assistant in a private hospital. Life was smooth and we were happy in our home. Three years later God blessed us with a baby girl. Then, just over a year later God blessed us with a baby boy. We were living in a town far away from the enemies of our Christian faith. Then another confrontation. Part 8 tomorrow.

Weeping may endure for a night, but joy comes in the morning. Psalms 30:5 nkjv
Confession of sin is not always an enjoyable process. There may be weeping, grief and heartache. Yet, the end is better than the beginning.
In Ezekial, God sought someone who would stand in the gap:
“So I sought for a man among them who would make a wall, and stand in the gap before Me on behalf of the land, that I should not destroy it; but I found no one.” Ezekial 22:30 nkjv
To make a wall is an image for leading the people to repentance. God was looking for a reason to not bring judgment upon the people. He was looking for a “stand in the gap” servant, who cared and would intercede for the people before Him. But He found none.
It’s not always enjoyable to stand in the gap for others, or for a nation that needs it. It’s sacrificial and serious. But the blessing of God comes through it.
Let’s take time to confess sin in our own lives, in our city, and even nation, and ask God for His mercy and salvation. Though weeping may endure for a night, joy comes in the morning.

Franklin Graham calls for ‘biblical principles’ at ‘ballot box’
Franklin Graham Imagine it: 50 state rallies mostly on capitol steps leading up to one of the fiercest presidential election battles in years – and not a single candidate or public official will be speaking. That’s because the solution for America’s woes won’t be coming from Democrats. Or Republicans. Or even the tea party, according to… (more…)

Wasim’ s struggle continues:
Turkey was not kind to me. I was unable to meet any Christian friends and there were no jobs available. I decided to go to Iran.
“While still in Turkey I went to the Iranian embassy for a visa. They required $50.00 for the visa. After my time there, with no work or income, I only had $45.00 in my pocket. I fasted for one day asking Jesus for the money for the visa. While praying it occurred to me, ‘Just tell the Iranian embassy that I don’t have the money.’ That was my answer.
After prayer I went to the Iranian consulate and I told the administrator the whole story of how the Syrians put me in prison which left me with no money. The administrator was pleased when I was talking in his own Persian language. He said, ‘Give me your passport. I will see if I can help you.’ The next day when I asked him about my visa he said, ‘this is against our laws but I don’t know why, I stamped the visa in your passport. You may go into Iran.’ It was a great joy. I praised the Lord for the help.
I went to Tehran City where a few acquaintances welcomed me. They helped me find a job. PTL! I had a job and was attending a Christian church near the University.
During the first week when I reached Iran, I went to church and met Vahid, an Iranian Muslim friend. Vahid was studying Christianity. I told him my testimony and how I accepted Jesus Christ as my Savior.
A month later Vahid accepted Jesus as his Savior. He was working and was living with his brother. When his brother heard that Vahid was a Christian, he kicked him out of the house.
When I left Iran, Vahid was seeking shelter in another country.
From Iran I went to China staying there for a month. I could sense a strong inclination to go back to Afghanistan. There was great joy in my return. There is no place like the motherland. But sometimes, it is very difficult when you are not safe in your own home.
Immediately the Muslims heard that I was back in my home country. Once again they tried to kill me. There plan failed but in the process they crushed my legs. This attack left me a crippled invalid. When the Christian world heard they began to pray.
The Muslims were very happy now that I would never walk again. They rejoiced that I would now spend the rest of my life as a disabled person.
But Jesus had other plans. I spent more than eighteen months handicapped. Then one day I knew I could walk. As I prayed and was signing praises to the Lord, in my room, I just knew it. I stood up from my wheel chair and took my first step. The Christians were praying for me and the Lord was listening. Now I can walk and work. Oh I still have some pain but that just reminds me that Jesus is alive and He has continually been there for me.” Part 7 tomorrow.
Prayer: Father how wonderful and marvelous You are to hear prayers and answer. In the name of the Lord Jesus Christ. Amen!
What Is Balochistan?
WHAT IS BALOCHISTAN?
More and more Israeli Jews are murdered just for being Jews, yet the Western media continues pointing its accusatory finger at the only true democracy in the Middle East. Maybe, just maybe, we should take a look at Pakistan, the nation created for Muslims.
Ashraf Sherjan would like to get the word out on Pakistan and Balochistan and what is taking place there:
By: Ashraf Sherjan
All the friends from Israel and from the rest of world ask me the same question.
Where is Balochistan? We have never heard about Balochistan? And why Pakistan is killing Baloch people?
And my answer is Balochistan is a occupied land, occupied byPakistan.
Since Baloch nation is not accepting Pakistan and its Government soPakistan is Killing our Baloch nation. Because Pakistan itself never accepted Balochs yes but only accepted the rich land of Balochistan. A land which is rich of gold gas oil and the sea .
Even after looting our country wealth and in reply or as a gift to Baloch nation we are getting on a daily basis brutal dead bodies, on a daily basis picking up the Baloch youth keeping them in torture cells. No one believes that Pakistan has picked up more than 20,000 Balochs from all over Balochistan. These 20,000 Balochs are innocent Students, Teachers, Doctors, Engineers, Poets, Singers, Political Leaders, Activists, Journalists.
