Black state senator to Obama: Disarm ISIS, not us!

State Sen. Elbert Guillory

Elbert Lee Guillory, 71, is a departing member of the Louisiana State Senate. He is also a practicing attorney with a J.D. law degree from Rutgers University.

On May 31, 2013, calling the Democratic Party the “Party of Disappointment,”Guillory switched his party affiliation from Democrat to Republican. In so doing, Guillory was the first black Republican in the Louisiana Senate since the Reconstruction Era.

In the video below, Sen. Guillory tells Obama: “Disarm ISIS, not us”.

Guillory makes such eminently good sense, the mystery is why no one in Congress gets it. I urge Donald Trump’s campaign swiftly to adopt Guillory’s “Disarm ISIS not us” as a campaign slogan, but with his permission of course.
